ALL ENTRIES CLOSE AT 5 PM SATURDAY, AUGUST 20, 2011.
ABSOLUTELY NONE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT TIME. MAILED
ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THIS DATE. ENTRIES WITH
METERED POSTMARKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
MARKET LIVESTOCK ENTRIES
JR. FAIR EXHIBITORS MUST MAKE ENTRIES FOR THEIR MARKET ANIMALS ON THE DAY THEIR SPECIES IS TAGGED IN. EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE WOULD BE BROILER POULTRY SINCE THEY ARE NOT TAGGED IN. BROILER POULTRY & FEEDER CALVES MUST BE ENTERED ON REGULAR ENTRY DAYS IN AUGUST. EXHIBITORS WITH MARKET HOGS WILL BE REQUIRED TO RECORD THE NOTCHES ON THEIR PIGS' EARS WHEN THEY MAKE ENTRIES.
BIRTH TO FINISH ANIMALS MUST BE IDENTIFIED AT TAGGING TIME.
MARKET STEERS WILL BE TAGGED & ENTERED ON SATURDAY, MARCH 5 FROM 8 - 11 AM. (BEEF BARN)
SHEEP, SWINE & GOATS WILL BE TAGGED & ENTERED SATURDAY, JUNE 4 FROM 8 - 11 AM. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME MARKET ANIMALS OF THESE SPECIES CAN BE ENTERED. (HUBBARD BUILDING)
RABBITS WILL BE TAGGED & ENTERED ON MONDAY, JULY 25 FROM 6 - 8 PM. RE-TAGGING FOR DECEASED MARKET RABBITS WILL BE MONDAY, AUGUST 8 FROM 6 - 7 PM. (YOUTH CENTER)
WHEN TO BRING ENTERED ITEMS TO FAIR:
PHOTOGRAPHY, PAINTINGS & DRAWINGS : FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9: 4- 7 PM AND
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10: 1 - 5 PM
MARKET RABBITS & ALL POULTRY: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10: 10 AM - 4 PM
BEEF, SHEEP, SWINE, GOATS, HORSES: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11: 10 AM - 4 PM
PRODUCE, FOODS, HOBBIES, SEWING, FLORICULTURE:
